Project monitoring is independent on-site oversight during an asbestos abatement project. A monitor observes that the work follows the project plan and applicable requirements, conducts air monitoring, and documents conditions — providing a third-party record separate from the abatement contractor.
Do you provide clearance inspections?
Yes. We provide final clearance inspections, including a visual inspection and clearance sampling, to help confirm a work area is ready before re-occupancy, along with documentation of the results.
Why use an independent monitor instead of the abatement contractor?
